I guess if I said "To Taste" that would be interpreted by some as a cup, so I would suggest 1 Tablespoon. icon_lol.gif Taste it and see if you think it needs more.

I cannot wait until it is done. OMG I have been craving it for a long time.. and it is so funny, I was searching high and low for a small bottle of kahlua. I dont drink so i felt really funny at the liquor store by my church buying it (the big bottle) LOL.. but oh yea I am gonna TEAR IT UP

Martha's calls for 4 sticks (1 lb) of butter, I cut it to 3 sticks (12oz) because it was just too buttery a mouth feel to me. I also added the half capful of orange extract to cut the sweetness, it also adds a fresh taste to me. You already know this I imagine, but the Kahlua will change the color of your IMBC to an ivory shade.

I know what you mean about buying the Kahlua. I feel that way when I go in to the liquor store and ask for Everclear. I always feel the need to explain that I am not drinking it, but using it to paint gumpaste flowers. They kind of look at me like "Yeah, sure lady" icon_rolleyes.gif

Give me feedback on the Bavarian filling. Were you able to find Pastry Pride in Vallejo?
