Help! I own a Jen-Aire Convection but never use it as convection. Just use traditional radiant baking. I have sold 12 sheetcakes for an event next Sunday at our church. I can use the church kitchen, which has two commercial convection ovens, but don't have a clue what adjustments I might need to make to have two cakes baking at the same time. Any help would really be appreciated.

Thank you for that question and answer. I us my convection on the larger cakes to help the center cook but have always guessed and just kept checking the cake towards the end.

I have a dual fuel oven I just bought and love, but have been afraid to make cakes on the convection setting. THANK YOU!
