I need some help here from all you experts out there.
I am making a cake for a baby shower. It is going to be a MMF, but I am a little confuse about the filling. I can't use cream since I cannot refrigerate the cake. Any good filling recipe that won't require to be refrigerate??

You can use regular buttercream for your filling. Any kind of preserve would be good...or even mix the preserve with buttercream and use that as a filling.
