I have to do this cake in June - looking for ideas & help on how it

It could be fondant or buttercream. The ribbon looks like fondant as well as the leaves. The rest appears to be piped on. The pearls can be made of pink MMF and pearl dust.

Thanks for the ideas - I also thought that the leaves & flowers were fondant and the vine piped on. I just looking for others ideas & take on the cake. The bride wanted real ribbon so that's what I'll do. I was having mixed emotions on the how to do this one.
