I don't have the mini cake pans, so what kinda pan and how deep do you reccommend for petifours?

Also I have the petifour icing in a sleeve I bought, can it flavored and or colored? It's creamy white color now.

I make mine in a bar pan. I have never tried the sleeve stuff. Let me know how it does.

I make mine in a cookie sheet/jelly roll pan...you only have to bake for 10-15 min.

I haven't done it yet but I was planning on using my 12 x 18 x 2 sheet pan (any size would work) I was planning on only filling it with half the batter that it usually takes so I have a 1" slab of cake. Not sure if it works in reality but it sure sounds good in theory.

If you try it let me know the results as I am sure I won't have enough time anytime soon to do it.
