Hi,

I'm not sure if i've asked this before on here. i think i have but i've been looking high & low in my posts, but can't find anything.
I want to do cookies this wknd for v-day. I would like to try RI or Antonia's icing. But i would like to flavor it a bit. Can this be done? With what? flavor liqueur?
When i took Toba's class we used liqueur for flavoring. i know her icing it's different, so i'm not sure if it'll work the same w/the other icings mentioned above. I'm not really into making her glaze right now, cause of the time drying dilemma.... can someone please help me out?

I'm sorry if i've asked this before, i appreciate the help.

You may want to try flavored extracts. I've used them in my royal icing with no problems.

thanks! I forgot i meant to ask about that. I have orange, lemon & strawberry extracts from mccormick - the kind you find at the grocery stores. Are those the ones i should try?

TY!
