Hi all ~
Does anyone have a recipe for a whipped icing that tastes like bettercreme but doesn't need refrigerated?
Thanks in advance!
..since there have been no replies...how about an icing made with Dream Whip? Here is a link to one:

Thanks for the reply, Mrs. Missey!
Does that particular frosting need to be refrigerated?
Prepared BetterCreme has a shelf life of 5 days at room temp, per the people who make it (Rich's). I e-mailed them awhile back and they said 365 days frozen, 7 days defrosted/refrigerated, 5 days whipped and left at room temp. This is the one whipped icing that I use to make flavored fillings. I whip some up and fold in flavored jam or preserves, nutella, etc. --tastes great.

I just tried a whipped cream (the real deal) icing receipe that you added instant pudding mix to....and it was wonderful. I used chocolate pudding mix. It made a very stable, good tasting icing and filling.......... I did refrigerate the cake after icing it ~ don't know if I needed to or not. Also used this icing on an ice cream filled cake and it worked great frozen also.
not sure where you are located but i live in so. california and we have a store called smart and final they sell a product called frosting pride in a milk like carton its non dairy and taste wounderful they also have one called pastry pride but i like the frosting pride more it holds color better and its great for decorating. it comes in a vanilla and choc. flavour ive used the vanilla and ilove it because its not overly sweet.
