I'll be going to LA in two weeks and was wondering if there are some good cake decorating stores I could check out once I'm down there. Any ideas?

What part of La? I live within 5 min of Lafayette. My favorite store is a hole in the wall store in Sunset, called Jackie's Cakes. We have Michaels, Party Store, Hobby Lobby, and Walmart. I'll have to think if there are any others.

Are you referring to Louisiana or Los Angeles? I know of a great cake decorating supply store in Los Angeles.

I am lucky enough to live on the same street as the great "Gloria's" in the Westside of Los Angeles, which has tons of wonderful cake decorating supplies.

adriss - the store I go to up in L.A. is Kake Kreations in Canoga Park. Have you heard of it? Do you know of any cake supply stores here in San Diego other than Do It With Icing? Not that I don't love it - I am going there tonight to take a Truffle class that I am really excited about!

Thanks for the responses. I meant Los Angeles. I'm going to be in downtown Los Angeles but will have a car. I don't want to drive awfully far, though. I'll check those places out. Thanks!
