Need Help Tonight

Hi everyone,

I am in need tonight. I have an order for 6dz. cupcakes, the problem I have is that should I level the tops of the cupcakes? Or should I just leave it. I am going to use tip 233 for grass, and then I am going to put fall color leaves.

I so hope someone out there can help me.

Unless there was a very noticable top on the cupcakes, I would just leave them like they are. After all you do have 6 doz. to do and alot of work cut out for you. I never level mine unless the tops are just too big, and then I only level off the ones that need it the most...HTH!!

Are they going to be individual cupcakes or like a cupcake cake?? If they are going to be indv. I probably wouldn't level them.

I don't know about anyone else, but I would leave them as is. If the tops are all relatively uniform height, leave them. If there are some that are extremely tall topped I MIGHT trim those, hope this helps.
