How do I decorate with whipped icing? Can it be done? I have the recipe for whipped bc from here but haven't tried it yet. Will that work? The lady wants whipped and I haven't tried any of them yet. Any input is greatly appreciated!!! icon_biggrin.gif

Whenever someone wants whipped buttercream or whipped cream I reccommend the whimsical bakehouse icing. It is light and airy and has the same texture as whipped cream but is more stable. It is soft and does not crust,so it does take some practive to get it smoothed.. But it tastes really really goodl

Also try pasty pride, that is also stable and you can pipe borders, smoth it easily, and tastes really good.

Do you know anything about the whipped buttercream icing? Does it taste like the whipped or is it still pretty sweet like regular bc?
