Could anyone tell me how to make dark burgundy with the luster dust. My granddaughter is getting married and I am making white roses with burgundy on the tips of the roses and a white calla lily with dark burgundy in the inside of the calla. Any help would be appreciated

There is a very pretty color in luster dust called Raspberry that is really close to Burgundy.

Oh yes, Raspberry is very pretty. It's on the pink side of the reds but there is also a color of Luster Dust called Claret. I think that would be closer to burgundy. It's darker than the Raspberry. They are both very pretty. You'd just have to try them both to see which one you like best.

I have both if you'd like to see the colors. I can take a pic.

I was in my local cake supply store this afternoon and I saw a burgandy luster dust in their selections.
