I have seen these in the gallery, however, I am not sure how to go about doing this? 
Can someone, anyone please help me?

Basically, you just make a pattern in the shape of the flip flop, and you cut around the cake. I just used a pair of new flip flops for the design. It was a fun and easy cake. Alot of people use fondant for the straps, I just used "Fruit by the foot" for the strap.
