Maria, that cake is sooo adorable!

Cans are awesome to bake in! My Aunt makes an English Muffin Bread that you bake in a can. When it slides out you have the perfect dimensions of an English Muffin. Just slice and toast!

This post made me remember that my mom used to bake her date nut bread in a can. She's 90 now, I'll have to see if she still has the recipe. By the way, I love your cake, it's adorable!!
