Plain and simple...nothing fancy about it! I tried the buttercream recipe on CC (the one with more butter than crisco) and made it chocolate buttercream. Delicious!! That is my new favorite icing!

Top is caramel mud cake and bottom is choc mud cake. Very simple and pretty. Lady loved it.

Fondant covered; RI design and border; gum paste flowers. My cousin was there and liked it so much wants me to do one (3 tiers) for her wedding! Yay!

This chocolate 3-D pig cake was made for a friend who was born the year of the Pig. Fondant covered. Soccer ball pan used to make the round shape. Thanks to Eight for the inspiration.
BC with fondant bows and ribbon roses. The dots are piped on and the quilted pattern was done with a mat. Then airbrushed with pearl luster dust.
Sugar cookie made for my daughter's male teacher. Not very Valentine like, but she didn't want pink or purple or red. Iced with royal icing.
