Mu Uncles 61st Birthday Cake. Snapper season opened the day before his birthday & he had cought a Snapper on opening day so my Aunt requested this cake. First real carving . All BC except the top fin and bottom fins. The tail and side fin and fish are all airbrushed BC and a painted gumpaste eyeball & hook. ( really loved that eye, lol) I am a CSM
