This is the remake of the cake I made 2 weeks ago...It was actually for today and I am super pleased with the result this time round....Much much better.. I even made myself a quilting tool....first time used! Cherry Ripe mud cakes with ganache covered with fondant...sugarpaste/fondant everything else!
