Refrigerating Whipping Cream?

hello everyone, im new at making cakes.
but a very close family members birthday is coming up
and i want to make her a very nice birthday cake but i
kind of suck at these kind of things. plus i never used
fondant on anything lol so i need your guy's help asap.

im going to make this cake. would i be able to put it in
the fridge after its done? because on the sides their will
be some whip cream.. i dont want it to melt cause its 26
here and very humind

Is the outside of the cake just fruit and whipped cream? If so, you can put it in the fridge with no problems. The reason I ask is because you mentioned something about fondant but I don't see fondant on this cake pic unless I'm missing something.

It looks like strawberry glaze and whipped cream, plus the berries. You would definitely want this one in the refrigerator!

I don't think that is fondant. It looks like some type of pureed berry of some sort.
