Has any one played with Michele Fosters Fondant recipe to turn it into chocolate? I'm out of Chocolate Pettinice and I'm wondering if I can just make chocolate fondant myself and of course have it taste great!! Any help would be appreciated.

You can also add 1C melted chocolate or melted chocolate chips. I think the melted chocolate tastes better than cocoa powder.

Both methods can be used at the same time to get a little more chocolate flavor. To make it darker you will need to add some brown food color. Even a little more glycerine will help with it's pliability.

Thanks for the complements!
