I read about that......pretty cool!! Did you catch how much they were??? That lady had 2 dollars out in her hand so they must be pretty reasonable! I'd buy one! lol

I think this is so cool, I love seeing people taking something they love and doing something innovative with it. Such a great idea, I hope they are very successful for a long time! Here is a link to their web site and blog, both very nicely done and they say they are going to start renting out the truck for parties, how much fun would that be to have a cupcake truck at your birthday party!! Outstanding! Thanks for sharing this story mommak, it makes me smile.

What an ingenious idea!! So much more fun than sitting in a bakery all day waiting for customers. And I bet they gt a cult following!

I would LOVE to do something like this! Owning a cake shop where I live just isn't do-able. Funny thing...there's a gentleman down the street selling an old ice cream truck.

Maybe I should check into it icon_smile.gif

cous2010 - if you could get the rental/legal space to do the baking, and the liscense to sell it, Houston would be a great market for something like that.
