I just got an order for a cake with chantilly cream. I've seen a couple of recipes online, but I'm not sure if they are any good. If you have a recipe that you've used, would you please post it here?

Chantilly is used a lot in Europe ( I am Italian).
It can be done in two ways:
- whipped cream with powdered sugar
-1/2 custard+1/2 whipped cream
