Help With Making Edible Coral For A Cake...

CAn anyone help me with this? I understand Colette Peters has instructions and a template in one of her books. Does anyone have these instructions that they can email to me? It would be a great help.TIA!!! I need this pretty quick, please. THANKS!!

You don't really need a template, you just pipe some squiqqly lines with your RI. Another really neat way to make them is to use white chocolate. Melt your chocolate and pour into a bowl of crushed ice. Layer some more crushed iced on top of your chocolate and wait until it hardens. Pull out the chocolate and you have coral. You can break into the sizes you need for your cake.

I made mine from candy melts and piped it over crushed ice, and it worked beautifully, it set up very quickly and you just lift it off the ice and you have it.
