What Is Brite White?

I saw a recipe on CC and it called for Brite White. Can someone tell me what it is and where I can purchase it. Thank you!!

Brite White and Angel White icing bases are different brands of the same product.

Here is a product blurb from sugarcraft explaining the usage:

If you're going to use an icing base, the next step usually is to use hi-ratio shortening rather than Crisco in your recipes.

However, I've found that hi-ratio and Crisco cannot be substituted 1:1. The hi-ratio though it doesn't have that Crisco greasy mouth feel, is simply more dense - it would be like replacing liquid creamer with heavy whipping cream.....
