Gordon's (GFS) sells 6x powdered sugar. Sam's club sells 10x powdered sugar. Sweetex, I believe, is one name brand of high-ratio shortening. It is said that it hold up better than Crisco. As for the icing base and "cream bouquet", sorry, I can't help.

You can get both 6x powdered sugar (25 lbs) and Sweetex hi-ratio shortening (50 lbs) from GFS (www.gfs.com). The powdered sugar is a regular store item and when I picked it up last week it was $15. The hi-ratio shortening you have to special order. They quoted me $61.99 but we had our local grocery store order it for us (since they get a truck from GFS once a week) and grocery store manager only charged us $58, so we saved $4 from what we would have had to paid GFS directly. If you can find the hi-ratio shortening locally, I would highly recommend buying it and save yourself the high shipping and handling costs.

I think "magic line creme bouquet" is a typo and perhaps he meant to say "creme bouquet". There are a few websites you can order it from. I've seen it on http://www.nationalflavors.com/ and they also have the icing base. However, they don't list prices or shipping information. I just sent them a question asking about it so hopefully they'll get back to me soon.
