I see so many beautiful bows and roses and other types of figures on this site made of chocolate/white chocolate and I was wondering how they are done. Can someone give me some instructions - especially on chocolate and white chocolate bows. Thanks.

Thanks so much to all of you for your help. I have one more question - in the recipe for the white chocolate paste - i am not sure how to convert the grams noted for each ingredient into cups/pounds/etc. Can someone help?
