I would like to try one, but I have some questions.

1.) What is the best icing consistancy to use?

2.) Do you have a specific bc recipe that works good for this application?

Thank you for your help.

I use my regular buttercream and thin consistancy like I do on other cakes.

I personally use stiff buttercream, that way it doesn't fall down any gaps between the cupcakes, or show ridges. and smooths much better (in my opinion).

That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure.
