I'm always looking for info and opinions about serving sizes. I often refer to Earlene's, baking911, and Wilton. Today I wanted to clarify some sheet cake servings and I found this site on the web:

It offers great suggestions for options on how to feed 100 people all types of desserts, etc.

Thought some other CC readers might find it helpful, too.
