Does Anyone Have Earlene Moore's Sheet Cake Servings?

I am in the process of writing up a proposal for a bride and went to Earlene Moore's site to check on servings per cake size. I have the rounds i need but her 1/4 sheet, 1/2 sheet, and full sheet serving sizes were not there. I am hoping to get back with this bride tonight or tomorrow. Can anyone help me out with that?
I think her servings look more reasonable than Wilton's but then again this is my first wedding. Is there anyone who can tell me from experience if wilton's serving charts are accurate for weddings? I would be soooo bummed if i did not make enough cake for them.
Thanks
I think you have to email her..and you have to buy them from her..
sorry that I can't help you.
With a sheet cake I think its easier to figure out # of servings on your own. I made a 12inX18in sheet cake and I wanted the slices to be 2inX2in. 12in divided by 2in=6, 18in divided by 2in=9, 9 X 6=54 servings. If you were going 1inX2in pieces you have 12X9=108 servings. I hope this makes sense to you, sorry if it didn't.
