Hi all

I have attached a pic of a donkey cake made by Abbey on this site. I have tried to contact her to ask if she would be able to help but since it was posted so long ago I do not even know if she still submits to CC. Anyway I was hoping to do a cake like this for my brother and I would love for ideas/tips on how to make the donkey.

I am kinda new to cake decorating so I am not sure. What I would do is maybe a wonder mold for the body, model the legs out of fondant and perhaps a carved loaf pan for the face. Sorry, I am sure that someone else will see this and be able to give you a better idea of how to do it. It's a really cute cake! I can't wait to see your version!
