Anyone know where I can find it in larger containers than is available at cake shops? I've been doing a lot of cookies, and would like to find large conatiners instead of flying thru the smaller ones.

I used to work at a grocery store bakery and we used to get boxes in. When I started decorating in my home I asked them if they would place an order for me then I could pay them for it. I get alot of my supplies from them and its great. Maybe try a Grocery store near you?? If they wont order it for you maybe they will give you the name of the supplier.

Thanks Jan. the website that she referred to brought me to a wholesale jam and jelly sight though! I'll keep looking, and let you all know what I find!

Sorry about that icon_redface.gif

National Flavors of Kalamazoo, MI sells Angel Fluff Meringue Powder (Item #983) in a 10# container at $5.18 lb.

They have a website: www.nationalflavors.com - however, not all the products are listed, and no prices are given.

If you call, they will give you pricing info and send a brochure (or they can fax it).

HTH

Jan,
Thanks! I just ordered some....catalogs from them. The girl asked what I was interested in and quickly decided that she would send me one of all of them. LOL
