When I got home from work Saturday there was a new vehicle in my driveway. DH wanted to surprise me. HE DID!

"oh, yeah, that guy at the car place uh said um uh he wants you to make him a chocolate peanut butter cake something"

for real, that is how DH said it. icon_rolleyes.gif

Today, Tuesday, I was playing with peanut butter, chocolate chips, powdered sugar and some leftover Rich's bettercreme I had placed in the freezer.

I mixed:

3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup chocolate chips melted and cooled

after above mixed for about 10 minutes(I was busy)
I mixed in 2 cups of the bettercreme.

Then, about 1 cup at a time, I folded the above into 10 cups bettercreme.

add crushed nutter butters or reese's pb cups into some of it for filling then ice with the remainder. OMG!!!!

It was easy and delicious!

If you like peanut butter and chocolate I know you will love this!

Just one quick question... Was the RBC liquid or already whipped in the above directions.
