What, if anything, do you include in your contract regarding guarantees, problems, etc.?

I have used the basic contract from, I think, Earlene's site, but I want to include something for *me* to sign, so they feel that 'everything is in writing'.

On the other hand, I don't want to open up a can of worms for customers who think they have a way to come back a week later and complain and get some sort of refund (something I've never had happen, knock wood!)

I'd appreciate any help! icon_smile.gif

homecook, that is strange...

I just checked and they're working for me.

Might have something to do with your settings.
