So i posted a similar post ages ago but didn't get any replies and was going to revive it but i couldn't find it anywhere! So i decided to repost.

I am looking for a really nice gingerbread biscuit recipe for christmas. The two i have previously made have been either too soft, hardly tasted like ginger, too hard etc.

I was looking for one that maybe had the same firmness as a sugar cookie and bakes flat-ish if possible?

Any help is greatly appreciated icon_smile.gif

You're very welcome, Elise. icon_smile.gif

I have, and John Barrowman (Capt. Jack/Torchwood) is cast as the Phantom! thumbs_up.gif
