Dust-Off For Cake Decorating?
Decorating By CustomCakesBySharon Updated 2 Aug 2007 , 5:29am by CourtneysCustomCakes
ok, i finally got to watch the food network challenge - princess cakes with my 3 & 4 yr old daughters (i don't have cable and my mom records it for me).....and i noticed something interesting.....it appeared as tho the decorator doing cinderella's castle (i think it was flora) used dust-off (or another compressed gas/air blowing cleaner) to attach a piece to the top of one of her castle towers.....was that what it was? was it freezing the pieces together? if so, what mediums does this work for? and is this food safe? ![]()
doug - u know everything!
have u tried this stuff?
can anyone else give me reviews on how well it works and what mediums it works the best/worst with?

naw, just very good at googling and watching FoodTV cake & sugar challenges.
haven't tried yet -- at those prices, for now, I'll just blow on it really hard!
hopefully, someone else has used it and can give us all some hints/advice,

ROFLMBO......That's a picture setting up a cake then leaning over and blowing on it. I bet you get all kinds of wierd looks. Granted I'd probably do it too if called for , But I just had to comment on the visual.
