Luau Cake & Cupcakes

Cake is Chocolate & Butter Pecan with a Nutella Crunch filling and frosted in Vanilla Almond Buttercream. Dancers, turtles, and tiki huts were brownies with MMF and Buttercream to decorate. Cupcakes were Chocolate and Vanilla Almond cake. Detail decorating was done with MMF, cookies, candy, and royal icing flowers. Dolls were Polly Pocket dolls.

Cars Cake

McQueen and Mater were made from rice cereal treats covered with MMF. Bottom layer is Chocolate Chocolate Chip layered with Hazelnut cake and filled with Nutella cream filling. Second layer is Pralines & cream Cake layered with a Chocolate Fudge cake and filled with a caramel nut crunch filling. Accents are made from MMF and Chocolate, Road was done with a caramel nut crunch filling. Inspiration came from several cakes on here, thanks to the original creators !!! Nephew was thrilled !

Horse & Ponies Cake

This is a Chocolate Nutella cake and a Hazelnut Cake with a Raspbery filling and a Nutella filling covered with Buttercream Icing with a hint of coconut. I sprinkled cake sparkles over all the sky and grass, so it looks rough in the picture but it wasnât. The backdrop idea came from a couple cakes here, Bayamoy & Kellylowe (Thanks) , the bandanna I saw on many cakes here and liked it. The fence, hats, boots, and cactus are white chocolate. The ponies and bandanna are MMF, first time scupting animals, a sculpter I am not, but it was fun. Granddaughter loved it thatâs the main thing !

Celestial Cake

Cake is Chocolate and Marble layers with Caramel and crushed Crispy Crunch Bars between two of the layers and a Nutella filling in the middle.The Icing is a Hazelnut flavored Buttercream. The decorations are chocolate.

Wash Tub Baby

Got the idea from several on this site, Thanks CCers ! The Wash Tub is Vanilla Caramel Cake layered with Butter Pecan and filled with Caramel, iced in Coconut Buttercream and KitKat bars placed around it with MMF black bands. Bottom cake is a White Almond cake iced with Coconut Buttercream. Baby and Towels are MMF, Ducks and Frog are colored White Chocolate. Bubbles are Coconut Buttercream with Pearl Luster Dust and Clear Sparkles on them. Fun cake to do !!!

Ac/dc Metal Band Cake

The cake is Vanilla Caramel layered with Butter Pecan with a Caramel Filling and Iced in Buttercream. The ball cap is a Chocolate Cake. The DVD, CD and cap brim are made from Rice Krispie Treats. First time using MMF and put to much buttercream under it on the hat so is uneven, worked well on the CD and DVD, used Food Color Writers to draw.

Teddy Graham Cake

Cake for Nephews first birthday. Bear is made with Chocolate Fudge cake and iced with Milk Chocolate Buttercream, placed an ice cream cone filled with hershey kisses in the spot where the heating core was. Bottom layer is WASC cake iced with Almond Buttercream. Saw the base idea for this cake some where and never saved where it came from so if it was from here 'Thanks to the Originator'. This was a last minute cake as I was asked to do it on Friday and I had 2 other 3D cakes already to do.

Fun Fish Cake

Cake for 3 yr old granddaughter. Bottom layer is Chocolate Chocolate Chip layered with Lemon Ice Cake and filled with lemon Curd and Nutella Filling, Top layer is WASC cake layered with Chocolate Fudge Cake filled with Nutella Filling, cake is iced with Almond Buttercream. Little fish, turtles and frogs are done with colored white chocolate, the sharks and whale were piped on, four varigated fish are candles, and the top fish are done with the small ball pan, idea for them from Wilton, fins are jelly candy.

Hockey Goalie 'kipper'

16 yr old neice wanted Kipper for her cake (I think she thought she could stump me). Center layer cake is Lemon Ice cake layered with Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake with Lemon Curd and Nutella as filling. Shoulders are Butter Pecan cake layered with a Nutella Filling. Cake is iced in Buttercream with White Chocolate colored letters. Used the Spiderman instructions from here for my base. Had a lot of fun with this one as it was challenging but we all love Kipper around here !!!

Puppy Cake

The idea for this cake came from a cake done by Partiesrus, Thanks ! The base cake is a Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake layered with a Caramilk cake with Nutella filling. The puppy is a Chocolate cake done in the 3D Duck pan, I also used mini bowling pin pans to make the legs, snout and tip of tail from.

Unicorn & Fairy

Unicorn made from 3D Lamb pan and cake pieces for legs, is Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake with Nutella Filling. Bottom is a 14 in. White Almond cake with Almond Buttercream. Fairy is a collectable I give my granddaughter every year. Sprinkled cake with Cake Sparkles.

Neice's Birthday cake, Chocolate and Irish Cream Cake layered with Whipped Chocolate Irish cream Ganach Filling, frosted with Chocolate Buttercream and topped with Chocolate Irish Cream Ganache with chopped nuts in it.

Moms Day

Quick last minute cake I did along with a Birthday Day cake in the morning for Mothers Day & sisters birthday that evening. Its a Lemon cake and Almond cake layered with Strawberry mousse filling and sliced strawberries, frosted with Cream Cheese Frosting and covered with Royal Icing Flowers and White Chocolate dipped strawberries.Rushed the printing, but it tasted great!!!

Strawberry Topped Cake

Quick last minute cake I did along with a Mothers Day cake in the morning for Mothers Day & sisters birthday that evening. Hazelnut cake and chocolate cake done in checkerboard pans, filled with Nutella cream and frosted with Chocolate Buttercream. A Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache on top with Chocolate dipped strawberries, edged with piroutte cookies. Unfortunately I was running short on time and poured too much ganache on top and put the strawberries going the wrong way...Oh well it tasted delish !!!

Barrel Racing Cake

Chocolate and White Almond layers with Coconut Pecan Filling and Chocolate Ganache, iced with Chocolate Buttercream. First time doing a Chocolate transfer, barrel racer curled up abit so had to fill under with icing so it is raised slightly. Details in Chocolate. Got idea from gma1956 but no where near her talent. Birthday gal liked it though, so all is good.

The Wiggles Cake & Cookies

This cake is Chocolate Fudge on the bottom layer and the car, White Almond cake for the middle. The Wiggles signs were done with Color Flow, the squirrel is Chocolate, and the cookies are sugar with an Almond cookie icing. The little 3 yr old it was for was very excited over it and wanted to keep the car in his bedroom.

Couples 50Th Birthday

Back side of previously uploaded cake. Was one of my earlier cakes, had alot of fun making it resemble my sister and brother-in-law. The car is a cheat from the Party Store the theme of the party was, "Do You Remember 1955".Ached from all the stars though, this cake made me learn more piping so I wouldn't have to do that many stars ever again.

Did this for my sister and brother-in-laws joint 50th birthday. Three different kinds of cakes here, White Almond Cake, Chocolate Fudge Cake and Butter Pecan with Chocolate Almond Buttercream between layers and Coconut Buttercream on the outside. Unfortunately this picture was taken before I brought the icing sleeves down onto the hands. Will post the backside next.Was an earlier cake I did in the spring before I knew much piping. Just got the pictures from my sister.

Basinet Cake

Made this Cake for my new great nephew and his mom. Wasn't as happy with it as I would have liked as I thought it looked more like a bed than a basinet. Considering I made it the morning of the shower as I had no notice, I never had time to make changes. My neice loved it though and everyone at the Shower made nice comments about it.

Tiger Cubs Cake

Used the 3-D lamb pan for the initial shape then added on cut cake pieces for ears, paws.and tail. Added a part of a cupcake for the muzzle to the male cub as the pan was reversed.One cake was Caramel Pecan and the other was a Spice cake.

Fairy Princess Cake

Made this Fairy Princess Cake for my neice's b-day. The Princess and little fairies are Chocolate Fudge Cake. The tiers are White Chocolate and Milk Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Fudge Pudding with nuts between layers. The Lettering is White Chocolate with Pearl Dust, area's on cake are also accented with Pearl Dust. The Frosting is Butter-cream. The cake was a wonderful success.
