* I made this cake for my Daughters 2nd Birthday in October. I had lots of fun make this cake. By the time It was finished though I was feeling unwell and found out the next day I needed a hernia op. (which I had that night). We had to delay our daughters birthday for a couple of days. The cake made it, however some of the lady bugs fell off because the cake got a bit warm, so I had re-stick them with white chocolate.

I made this Gigglosaurus cake for my 4 year old sons Birthday. This cake was a challange to make as I didn't have a lot pics of this dinosaur available to me to use. Next time I would use modeling chocolate for the spikes, as these fondant ones kept wanting to flop over.

My sons ice age cake. Chocolate cake filled with peppermint SMB and iced in ganache and Michelle Fosters Fondant. Figurines were bought. (I'm glad I bought them and didn't make them like I originally intented. There is just not enough hours in a day).

I made this Christmas cake for My husbands family. This was my first Topsy Turvy and I transported it all in one hit. The top tier is rice crispies covered in red modelling chocolate. The bottom two are rich chocolate cake with smb and iced in ganache and Michelle fosters fondant. The brown cake was modeling chocolate mixed with fondant 50/50 and brown food colouring. Next time I think I'll stick with Michelle Fosters chocolate fondant (and add more brown food colouring) as I had a lot of problems with it.
