I made this Christmas cake for My husbands family. This was my first Topsy Turvy and I transported it all in one hit. The top tier is rice crispies covered in red modelling chocolate. The bottom two are rich chocolate cake with smb and iced in ganache and Michelle fosters fondant. The brown cake was modeling chocolate mixed with fondant 50/50 and brown food colouring. Next time I think I'll stick with Michelle Fosters chocolate fondant (and add more brown food colouring) as I had a lot of problems with it.
