Sweet 16th cake, fondant and pastillage decorations. Stairway made of rice krispies then covered with fondant. I used the patchwork cutters for the swans and used piping gel in blue to simulate the water

Cinderella's Castle

4 tiers of Almond cake with Pineapple filling. Towers made of pastillage, and then covered with fondant. Turrets are sugar cones covered with gumpaste then dusted with silver luster dust. Pearls and other detail made of gumpaste and then dusted with pearl dust. Inspired by a design of Lindy Smith.

Hollow!!

Marble cake with vanilla buttercream. Gumpaste ghost, royal icing fence and a gingerbread house in the center.

Covered in fondant, crown made in fonfant and gum tex mix then dusted with pearl dust. Daisies also made in fondant/gum tex mix. Pleaded fondant skirt on bottom tier.second and fourth tier used an impression mat. third tier used a textured rolling pin. Thanks for looking.

50Th Birthday

Two packages cake covered in fondant, bottom is chocolate with chocolate/kahlua mousse and chocolate buttercream under the fondant, top one is vanilla with vanilla buttercream. Bottom one is diamond embossed, top one I used a mat. Gumpaste bow, and color flow number 50.

Welcome 2005

Happy New Year cake covered in white fondant. Stars on top made in run sugar and then painted with Gold luster dust. Stars attached to the cake are made in fondant, then painted. Number 2005 made in run sugar also.
