Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend
Red Velvet and Cream cheese. Using Sharon Zambitos aka sugarshack method of Fondant Panels to box the cake and lid. Thank you Rosmastas who was wonderful in her assistance of making the sugar...unfortunately after 9 attempts and staying up until 5am...I gave up and had to go with a "fake" diamond... (I do not like the cone of shame).. I absolutely HATE putting fake things on my cakes... but sometimes ya gotta know when to fold them and walk away. Thanks for looking!!

Kassidy's Graduation Cake
This is For a wonderful young lady who is into Musicals, Hot Pink, Shopping and Fun. She is graduating from St. Josephs and going on to TLU so I tried to incorporate the colors of her past, future and present onto her cake. St. Joe's Royal and White TLU's Black and Gold and her favorite color HOT PINK (gotta love that girl!!) Thanks ShelbyCompany for the assistance with the shopping bags template. She also loves the musicals Grease, Hairspray, and High School Musical so I added a bit of that into her design. And we couldn't forget her two favorite kitty cats.

Coach Purse For Alex
This cake is Macsmom's wonderful Tuxedo cake flavor (layered white and vanilla cake with white and milk chocolate truffle filling). It was a surprise from mother to daughter. Daughter was getting her "first" Coach purse for her 20th birthday. Mom said daughter loved Soccer, played for UT (hook em) collected Eiffel Towers and had TONS of 3 inch shoes. LOL.. so I tried to incorporate each of those loves into her birthday cake and keep it classy. The tower is painted on with Super Luster and vodka mix. And the flowers are gumpaste. The picture quality isn;t that great...sorry. Thank you for looking (TFL) Thanks inspireddecorator for the tip on the potato stencil for the logo:)

Chinese Wedding Cake
This cake was done in the traditional Red and Gold. I followed the brides exact specifications. Its hard to tell, but on the sides of the cake is the dragon and the phoenix. I used the sugarveil colored golden yellow then dusted all the accents with Old Gold Luster dust because I was able to pipe it out and dry it, then bend it around the cake. TFL

Teachers Gifts
I decided to make a little go a long way. I baked my well loved by the teachers cheesecake and sliced it into individual slices. Covered some foam core boards with cake foil. Stuck the slices on it and drizzled with caramel and chocolate and topped it off with a Chocolate Dipped Strawberry and a Monogram and Voila. Easy peasy. Was able to make a lot of yummy gifts for the end of the year for the teachers and office staff.

Anders Wedding
The top tier is my Lemon/Strawberry Marble Mayhem along with the sunflower cupcakes. The cupcakes with the white buttercream swirl are my Peanut Butter Silk in my recipes page with an injection of peanut butter filling. My husband and I built the tiered platform with the help of the wonderful guy at Home Depot who cut them into perfect squares and we trimmed the edges and built the risers! TFL

Emily's Big Burger
First off thanks to those for all the inspiration here on CC for all the burger cakes. I was going to airbrush it with more color, but I chickend out LOL... was worried I would mess it up.*sigh*.. going to practice that more :) The board is covered in fondant and "painted" on with Americolor and a tad bit of Vodka to resemble a table cloth. The chips were cut with a circle cutter then streached oval and rolled with a smocking tool. TFL

Red And White Wedding
I believe this is a Tonedna design... at least I had seen it on her picture gallery. The bride showed me the picture of what she wanted but wanted everything done in red. I have come to the realization that I REALLY dislike working with RED haha... red everywhere and Red Gumpaste... not an easy task to work easily... finally had to turn the GP into a 50/50 fondant/gp mixture before I could get it to work. I was just happy to get the red Royal Icing and Bow to match. Happy its done and over with. TFL

1971 Plymouth Baracuda
This was my husbands birthday cake. He wanted something reminescent of his younger years of hot roding haha. The glass on the window is an Edible Varnish recipe I found somewhere online and the shine on the car is just a little bit of vegetable oil on a Viva towel "polished/buffed" on. The cake is a Mexican Chocolate with Caramel filling...yummmmm TFL
