Hi,
Has anyone ever ordered from this website before? I saw an ad for them in the latest issue of American Cake Decorating magazine and checked out their website. Prices seem very good but I can't find anything about shipping costs other than it's done by UPS.

I've never ordered from them personally but the bakery I used to work at got their supplies from them. I would call them. I have called them before with questions and they are very nice. They seem to have swift delivery too.

UPS ground is usually around 5.95 - 8.95...UPS ground usually means you will not have to sign for it, they will drop it off even if your not home.. I believe your area is about 5 days..
Don't quote me, but I think I am on the right track.. Maybe you should call them..

I've ordered from them before, fast service. Pricey shipping if I remember correctly.(I sound like a broken machine) The only thing I didn't like about them was their shopping cart doesn't let you know if one of their items is on backorder. You find out when it doesn't show up! I like to be notified if that's the case but it seems like the majority of these cake sites don't have that feature. I bought my textured rolling pins from them!

NOPE I HAVEN'T ORDERED FROM THEM SORRY.

I have ordered from them more than once. Shipping was quick (UPS ground-about a week or less) and was exactly what UPS charged--nothing additional. I have called them on ocassion and they were fairly knowlegeable about their products, so I like this site. I have found their prices to be very good--closer to wholesale than retail and you don't need a tax ID.
