Some of you do absolutely awesome work with MMF and figures. Like Liis and that Santa - WOW!!!

Can someone PLEASE explain how to do this? I know it sounds like a dumb question, but once I get started, I am dumbfounded as to how to proceed. Do I make all the parts, let them dry and attach? Do I make all the pieces and put them together and then dry? ????

I made one little guy, and he's ok...but he was a pain to figure out! At this point there is no way I could do something detailed, and I would love to!

Polymer clay books are a great start for modelling. Try your local Michaels or JoAnn's.
