Might sound stupid because should be obvious, but do you determine the amount of cake by the amount of flour you use to make it?

AOoohhhhh sorry for my ignorance! Are you in Europe somewhere? Italy? I've always wondered how that works. I've heard people charging by the weight for cookies and cakes but I'm not entirely clear on how to do that.

So you are a Dominican who lives in PA? You may want to charge by the serving because that's what people are generally used to in the US.
