Hi.....a customer wants a topsy turvy cake but wants the cake to be chocolate chip...do you think this is a good idea.....I've never tried carving a chocolate chip cake not sure if the chips would get in the way.  Any thoughts?

AI can see how it would cause more frustration than normal(you can always charge a PITA fee for this) but I don't see why it couldn't be done.

I carve chocolate chip cakes without a problem, just use the mini chips.
