I would like to make the mickey mouse wedding cake that was on unwraped.
The problem is I cannot find a mickey stamp. Can anyone give me suggestions
to use an alternative for the mickey stamp. Some other mickey silhouette ?

Do you still need permission if you are not selling this but are making this for yourself?
If the cake will be publicly displayed (e.g. at a venue instead of being served at home) you still need permission.
APlus, Disney just isn't a company you mess with. They have people surfing the web just looking for copyright violators.
Ok here's my thoughts on the subject of Disney, the bully-boy copyright kings.
If I had a grandkid that wanted a Disney cake. No amount of legal mumbo jumbo would keep me from my appointed task. Chain me up! Guilty as charged!!!!
But not for a client, not for a webpage, not for money, not for nobody else.
I just recently worked for a mall cookie store. Where there was a Disney store upstairs. People would come asking if we did Disney and ask in sucha way that I knew they had been turned down previously probably more than once even.
The store did them. I did not do them. But the store did.
So big judgement call. But this is where I stand on it.
