I only need to paint some outlines on a scooby doo head  :)  I'd rather not use vodka so is tere something else I can use that will encourage the colors to dry?  (I have no aversion to vodka... I just don't happen to have any, or any other alcohol at the house right now :)  )

Thanks so much!

Hi there, you can use rejeuvenator spirit or dipping solution although it can take a long time to dry. especially black. I would suggest piping the outline or rolling a long thin sausage of sugarpaste (or use an extruder) to create the outline.

hope this helps

Sometimes, I just use water.

I hand painted a crown royal cake for last weekend, & used water for that.

lemon extract has a higher alcohol content than vodka and works great.
