I bought a large tub of it, but don't really like the grittiness of it. Has anyone out there in cakeland done anything to theirs to help in this area? Also needing suggestions on what you've done to it, kinda like the Bettercream post, only for this particular frosting, ie- flavors, mixing with other items to change it up, etc...

We used that stuff at a bakery I worked at. We always added about a third of a cup of water to a full 7 qt mixer bowl and let the mixer run while we got the decorating room set up - maybe 15-20 minutes. I wasn't fond of the taste, but that was the smoothest stuff!!
Never used that particular product but in general if you mix on low speed for at least 7 to 10 minutes you should get a very smooth b'cream icing. Since leah has used it you should follow her suggestions :)
I would think adding to it would also be the same....what ever you want :)
I always add more flavoring to any pre-made icing.
