I found this cake on here, love the sunflowers on top. can anyone tell me what tips are used to make it and how it's done??

It's actually very easy to do: just make a ring of leaves (looks like she used a 352 leaf tip) and small stars in the center (maybe a 14 or 16 star tip.) I did something similar on a 6 inch cake for an older gentleman -- I used a #70 leaf tip and an 18 star tip for the center here: http://cakecentral.com/gallery/320523/you-are-my-sunshine
My only suggestion is before you start that bottom row of petals pipe a ring of icing (any lg round tip such as 10 or 12). Lay that 1st row of petals over it. Then proceed as bobwonderbuns said
