Basically I'm confuse about the designs( Chanel, Loui V. etc.) How do I do it? Can I do this cake using buttercream? weather is very hot and humid (Puerto Rico)

Those are edible images thats used on the cake. You can check your local cake supply store or bakery to see if they can print them for you. Some might not do it bc of the copyright. I myself would do this in fondant But there is always a problem for buttercream and fondant in such hot and humdi areas. I think as long as its keep in a cool and dry place, it should be fine.
