There's nothing at all wrong with scootch - - I'm very familiar with scootch. I kept waiting for someone to ask you for clarification and no one did. Sorry - - my warped sense of humor has reared its ugly head again. icon_smile.gif

Ok, I'm a few years late joining this......but THANK YOU!! I have a quilted cake to do for this weekend and was worried about getting the lines straight, and I just came across your 'triangle' method!!! Fantastic, now I can't wait to do this!!
