Hi everyone,
I've heard alot about thw WASC and how good it is . I've also heard that once you've tried it you won't be going back to what you did prior to it. My problem is that I haven't been able to find the receipe for WASC and I was hoping that someone out there had it handy and would be so kind as to pass it on to me .
I would greatly appriciate everyones help.
here you go, and it is as yummy as they say.

last question, can i mix all the ingridients in the kitchenaid mixer, or it have to be mix by hand?
Absolutely you can mix it in the mixer, just like you would a cake mix. It really is as good as they say. My favorite addition is to add mini chocolate chips (just stir them in at the end). They're just small enough to be very soft when you bite into the cake. MMMM!
When I make any of the WASC cake recipes, I sift all the dry ingredients together into a large bowl, and mix all the wet ingredients in a second larger bowl.
Then I add the dry to the wet and beat for 2 mins. using a hand mixer at medium speed.
If using a stand mixer, I would mix at the lowest speed for 2 mins. or less.
