Recipe For Cake Balls

Does anybody have a good reciped for making cake balls? I'm in the middle of doing 4 cakes and have cake scraps out the wazoo and would like to do something with them. Thanks

basically, it is cake scraps and buttercream or other icing, or flavored liquids like creamers and liquors.

The cake gets stirred up with a bit of moisture (no too much or you get paste) then rolled in balls and dipped in chocolate or other things.

If you search cake balls search limits to titles only you will find many long discussions of cakeballs and variations.

Once these are dipped, they have a short shelf life, so freezing is a good thing.
